New Deployment Code (Added 18 Mar 2025)

Industry Code C564:2025 Mobile Phone Base Station Deployment (Deployment Code) has been registered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The RFNSA has been updated to reflect these changes.

3G Closure (Added 28 Oct 2024)

Australia's 3G networks closed in October 2024 - site documentation is progressively being updated as the 3G equipment at each site is removed.

Search Results show: Site Number Site address Network(s) Technology(s) eg: Means the technology is active (technology is turned on and operating) Means the technology is proposed (technology is in the process of being approved/installed/tested and is not turned on). To access further information on a site, click the site. This leads you to the Site details page where you will find: A map of the site and exactly where it is located. P	The site is proposed ie: has not been constructed yet.
C	The site is undergoing some sort of community consultation. Navigate to the site to view details.
	Means the technology is active (technology is turned on and operating)
	Means the technology is proposed (technology is in the process of being approved/installed/tested and is not turned on).
Small Cell	Small cells provide additional network capacity or mobile device coverage to a small geographic area. They operate at lower power than a traditional mobile phone base station and use smaller equipment.
	Show sites near my current location. This button will not appear if you have not permitted the site to access your location.
	Recentres the map and zoom level to default values.
Full screen	Toggles the map size to/from Full Screen.
	An active site (the large icon is the current site).
	A proposed site (the large icon is the current site).
5	A grouping of sites (cluster).
	The address that was searched near.
Filter	If you find you have found too many matching sites you can filter your results using filtering options on the left eg: Network Technology eg: 5G Status eg: Active
